Specs: Windows XP
my bank has locked everyone out of accessing
their accounts online until they install rapport
onto their computers, I've installed it just this
minute, but I cant find any information on how to
notify my bank to regain access to my account
online.

which bank is that? I'd call that a restrictive practice, infringing your rights...better to find a new bank, I'd say. if you complain hard enough, they may have to back off and restore your access. don't install that rubbish tho', it's more trouble than it's worth...if you have already installed it, then you'll have to look in Rapport's options/prefrences, for uninstall tick boxes, to have a chance of a clean uninstall.

Yes, which bank is it? Rapport has caused problems on a
number of systems and if they are insisting on you using it then I
would get something from them to say they will pay for any
costs incurred should (a) it screw up or (b) fail to do what it's
supposed to.
