Reply: Try running Adaware and SpyBot from the safe mode. Make sure both programs are updated. I am a little unclear about your comment, "it happens like 5 times, maybe a little less today". Are these acheduled scans or are you manually trying to run them to see if things will work? Can you terminated them using the task manager, instead of pulling the power plug?

Reply: You may have to hold your power button in for up to 10 seconds and it will shut off safely. Then you can turn it on again. Pulling the plug is not good for your hardware. Check your power settings and see if your PC is set up to turn off after a certain time. HD, monitor etc. I set all mine to 'never' Also, uncheck hibernation if you don't use it. Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks
