Hello

I have this random pop-up that keeps occuring and interrupting everything I do. Not neccesarily fatal to my system, but it's annoying as hell. It basically creates to an unidentified tab on my taskbar(the icon is a window with a blue line at the top and a white box underneath) that takes priority over everything, meaning that it puts itself on top of my other windows and keeps me from interfacing without re-clicking the window I was working on, last for about a second, and then vanishes, only to come back at a later interval. What I do know is that I always see it a minute or so after I first see my desktop at startup.

Avast(with boot time scan), Spybot, Spydoctor, and Ad-aware all come up blank, or if there is something found it isn't my main problem or it regenerates itself somehow.
