To start off, sorry for posting this here, I am desperate.
If anyone has 1+ years of experience in the IT support industry (Ex: Geek Squad) and has about 10 minutes to spare, please contact me.
I have a MAJOR school project due in a couple days and all I need to do is interview (just ask a few simple questions like "What do you do in your job?") a person over an instant messenger (AIM, MSN, YAHOO... doesn't matter, I have them all).
I will be forever thankful if anyone replies.
Lastly, I posted this here because if you remove spyware, viruses, etc. and your getting paid to do it, you qualify for this interview.
