Hi,

My pc is detected with the virus MydoomA. My system always detected some files to be affected and it quarantine the affected file thought failed to clean it.

Under the virus details, it states that it will create the shimgapi.dll and taskmon.exe. I could not find this 2 files in my system. Under the registry, I could not find the value for this 2 files either. All I could find is the values "shimgapi", "shimgapi.*" and "taskmon". I don't think my system is affected, but every time I scan my system using antivirus software, it will detects some files to be affected. When I navigates to the affected folder, I found that a X... file will be created but it willl be deleted it the very next second.
