Comment: Is there a possibility that the CCleaner can cause some programs not to work. I'm not really sure if I should use because files such as Java's may be deleted as they are old. Thanks if anyone can help

Reply: Yes it can, that is why it has a backup. If you go slowly the backup works great. If you go nuts and do a lot of deletions at one time, the search for what was required and deleted into the backup folder becomes a trial and error process that is not fun. HTH
