I just found a file that Norton quarantined in December called 'Ueesl.exe'. There are actually 2 of the exact same files quarantined. I tried to submit to Norton for for them to examine but it won't allow me. How can I tell if it is ok to delete these files? Thanks,Warren

Hello Warren, Quarantined files can be deleted easily from your computer. If Norton don't answer to your request, that's only because this betrayal is already known from the technical department.... If theses files were really active, you should not be able to use your computer anymore.... Delete it without problems, and don't forget to use the "liveupdate" program in Norton to update your virus definitions database, otherwise you will not be protected correctly.
