qrsfnyon.exe @ startup folder & multiple firefox.exe process

Specs: MS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, Intel Pentium B940@2.00GHz, 4.0GB
I believe somehow my laptop is infected with some sort of virus/trojan/maleware, but I can't figure out what it is or how to get rid of it. Whenever I start the PC multiple (3 to be precise) firefox.exe process shows up in the task manager process tab without running the firefox application. I have checked in mscofig startup, firefox is not there neither it is in the startup folder.

However, in the startup folder: C:\Users\acer\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup, there is an exe file named qrsfnyon.exe. When I try to delet it, sometimes it gives an error saying that it is being used by the firefox. So, I ended the firefox processes from the task manager, and try deleting the qrsfnyon.exe file and whola!! it's gone. Once I restart the PC!! guess what!! the firefox.exe process are back along with qrsfnyon.exe.

I am not sure what it is, but I want your help to get rid of this. I have tried spyware search & destroy, malewarebytes anti-maleware and few other programs, but no luck.

Please help me to get rid of this annoying problemm

Thank you
