as far as i know QoolAid can be removed by most of antispyware programs. also, there exist a manual QoolAid remove, so i can't see any problem with deleting this stuff.

Qoolaid has a lot of different versions. Some can be removed easily, but most of them are like nightmare. You have to delete all the files at the same time, or the parasite will reinstall itself.
