If it's trojan more than likely it came in thru the mail so I would look in the mail attachement directory and delete everything in there that you don't need , just ran into something like this with AVg , it was detecting the trojan dialer worm but it would only detect it when I ran adaware, not when I ran a regular scan because it was inside a zip file , but it would indicate it was in the adaware directory but it wasn't . I found out where it was by running trend's online scan and it told me it was in the mailattachment directory in Eudora which makes sense as that is where almost all viruses get in from . Once I deleted that directory all was well and haven't had another problem .

You need to be careful with taking care of this trojan because you might have to unhide and unlock the C drive through the sharing/security tab under "tools." I used AVG 6.0 Virus Checker to get rid of the trojan. I used Trojan Hunter too but it seemed to miss the trojan with a normal scan. AVG alarmed me of the trojan from the beginning. Thanks to the people that originally responded to this post - you guys/gals helped.
