Reply: with 5 mins using the search located on the side of the page u could have pulled out heaps of stuff on this topic. As for blocking a website from getting your IP address it's not a good idea (were are they going to send the html ??} You can proxy it but unless u are doing somthing naughty its not really worth it with all the other options out there (firewalls nats ect)

Reply: Just use a software firewall like ZONE ALARM (outbound)and then use a hardware router (inbound) like NETGEAR or LINKSYS or ZYXEL.
