Proxomitron program

Hi all,
via Auditmypc i found this program called Proxomitron
I hides information from the computer.
Does anyone know this program and what do you think about it?

Hi tamtam, I use and like it.
Now using the default.cfg, but there are other filters.

While i haven't used it, many people do however quite a few say that your surfing speed is reduced.It is a legit program.
