Reply: Between your choices I would choose Zone Alarm. the only site that I could find a review for Protect X was 5 Star, and they rated it 4 stars, Zone Alarm was 5 stars. If you want really detailed firewall reviews and testing data, go to to the WWW.PCFLANK.COM. Do yourself a favor and do not overlook SYGATE, especially if you are using XP, or are into gaming. Al the best!

Reply: Just to clarify a point or two. Zone Alarm is a firewall.... Protect X is a trojan defense suite thats assists the user in keeping hackers at bay, so the synopsis tells us. SyNtAx
