hi i have a serious problem with my laptop the processor is always working in between 50-60% even if i do nothing on it and when i start the task manager i find in the processes that explorer.exe is the only thing that makes my processor work always. when i end that process everything freeze in the computer. i don't know wether it's a virus or a spyware or .........

Also scan your computer with malwarebytes/superantispyware if both come back with zero infection then issue is most likely not virus. Also running those two will clean some unwanted stuff on your drive which might solve your problem.

Summary: Norton keeps detecting it and is only able to quarantine it after i kill the process. Problem is it keeps comming back. The directory it resides in C:\Program Files\Common Files\{9C63B134-0AF0-1033-08...
