processing problem

hi
i have a serious problem with my laptop
the processor is always working in between 50-60% even if i do nothing on it and when i start the task manager i find in the processes that explorer.exe is the only thing that makes my processor work always.
when i end that process everything freeze in the computer.
i don't know wether it's a virus or a spyware or .........

Please scan you PC with Eset/Bitdefender/kaspersky online scanners and report back the scan results.

i did scan my PC with bitdefender and kaspersly and they found nothing

Also scan your computer with malwarebytes/superantispyware if both come back with zero infection then issue is most likely not virus. Also running those two will clean some unwanted stuff on your drive which might solve your problem.
