I have getting an error that states "Unable to delete specified values" when I try to delete Norton Internet Security files that I no longer want on my computer. McAfee won't help me install McAfee software until all Norton files are removed from my computer. I need help deleting the Norton files but keep getting messages on four files that wont' allow me to delete them.
