Specs: Windows XP, 256
I have the cryptor virus. It hit me 3 days ago, and I can't remove it. It blocked me mid-update from Norton. It has hijacked my ability to logon to my banks (leads to a phishing website). I've run AVG free, and it was identified, but not able to be removed. I've loaded the following programs on another computer, then tried to install them on the infected computer, but non will run: Malware bytes & ccleaner. I can't do a system restore, it won't give me any dates as an option. I just ran hijack this, and I'll post the findings if necessary. Any help is appreciated.

First, go to Safe Mode with Networking (Restart the computer and press F8 and select Safe Mode with Networking ).
Now, you should scan your computer with Malwarebytes. It should must be updated.
You can also try with super anti-spyware removal tools.
