Problem with browser

Comment:
I have been attacked by an about:blank. Every time I open my browser it opens with oneclicksearches.com.
I can't change it to my preferred site. It simply keeps returning to oneclicksearches.
I also receive messages about my memory is low and 4 applications are running and can cause low memory and other problems.
Finally I receive a message saying:
stealthSWs114.h!dll ver 4.442as18a
Can anyone help me with some guidance about how I remove this bug.
I have tried various tools but they don't seem to help.

Have you tried running anti-spyware? If that came up with nothing, I believe Trend Micro has a Spyware scanner now.
