I tried posting before but I don't think my subject reflected my problem.I have tried replacing Norton 2005 with McAfee 2006.My computer is now very slow and erratic.Have checked for virus and spyware but have found none.I can boot into safe mode shuts down OK but still has the aforementioned problems. I went to the control panel and tried to remove SymantecKB-Doc ID:2003093015493306 but could not.Have removed everything else I can find.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I use a little program called SymNRT which removes the remains of Norton programs - go to the Symantec site/Support & do a search for it.
