Hello all,
I got a problem when installing Panda, its says I have to uninstall EZ Antivirus first, but when I look for it, its nowhere to be found. (I'm working with XP Pro) When going to Regedit, there is no HKEY_USER> programs directory or HKEY_Local>programs where some helpfull poster advised to look. What I do find is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> software. In that list I can not find anything like ETrust or Computer associates. I would be very thankfull if someone could help me fix this problem.

I use a free program called RegCrawler (search Google). Just type the name of your program into RegCrawler's search box, and it will bring up every registry entry for that program for you to delete. I've been using this program for several years after every uninstall. It's great.

Please don't use panda...You will invairiably have problems once installed. It cannot be uninstalled completely, and after a complete windows install, and unsuscribing to its email service your mail box will be spammed continuosly to no end. This anti-virus solution should be avoided it will screw you worse than most viruses will.

ok I downloaded RegCrawler. But I'm bit frightened to use it.... I read the help file but i think it is for exp users. Probably i have to go to the software in Local Machine. The list of software looked familiar, some programmes I deleted long time ago, but a lot i dont know. How can I determine wich ones to delete?
