Comment: I posted my first message today. Before they would let it go out, they asked for what looked like an ISP number. Can someone tell me where I can find that number? Also when I fill in my name or email at the top of the form it kicks me back to the register window. Then when I get back to the new question window I find that my whole message has been cleared. Very odd! Can somebody please explain. bosart

Reply: (edit)did you try anything against the rules like putting in a HJT log without permission? I know that a warning box pops up when posting one. Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

Reply: (edit)Hello, The forum shows your ISP information in the confirmation page. This is just to let you know it is being logged. As for the other thing, I'm not sure how you filled out the name and e-mail on the form. Those things can't be entered on the form anymore. Thanks, Justin

Reply: (edit)Just before you post a message it says "Confirm Post Message" in big bold type at the top of the page and you then hit the "Confirm" button. You must have used it to post this question. This is what is known as the confirmation page because when you confirm something it is known as confirmation. It confuses me that despite all this you seem to have managed to post this particular question and it is still here. I don't think your curt reply to the webmaster (Justin) is the best way to start out on a new forum, but that's just my opinion. DerekW
