um, im a bit concerned. I have norton 2003 with updated virus definitions and i have autoprotect on and such. i was on the net and a window came up from norton saying it detected a trojan dropper file. it also said it could not delete the file. i scaned my system twice now, and it hasn't detected anything, and the norton status went from some type of alert to being in an ok status. everything seems normal, but i just find it odd that if it couldn't be deleted norton found a way to get rid of it. i dont know much about viruses however. heres a list of running processes. i used hijackthis.

?LSETUP.EXE do you know what this is and what it does on your machine?

What was the filename and what location on your drive was it?

Norton's and other AV's can get disabled fairly easily. Lots of people now use most of these.
Spybot
AdAware
Spywareblaster
SpywareGuard

The log looks clean. Get that info if you can and repost, certainly if the problem returns.

?There have been a few questions about emachines.com recently.
Are they your service provider? They appear to be hijacking their customer's browsers.
