Well It appears I let a friend Pick up a trojan for me on my machine.
He said my firewall warned him of a possible trojan but he clicked <yes> instead of asking me.
so now I have a series of processes running that I'm not sure how to get rid of. Been through the spyware and got a clean bill of health, but these procesess:
FcxsTI.exe
Wlrb9SG.exe
XyjgW8DN.exe
VmvDVB.exe
Ufqx.exe

show up in rotating order as i shut them down. To stop them i have to end thier whole process tree.

anyone know what this little gem is?

Ive Had some real troubles just recently..
I had Norton and Norton couldn't find anything until someone on this site told me to download a real good antivirus program from:

www.grisoft.com click download look on lefthand side click on avg free edition.. fill out info.. they email a key ..download avg and type in the info and follow the steps

Hay! Ill tell you its a great program.. it found 65 healed 63.. and they where all trogans.. once you got one.. you'll have them all. They download each other..

The other 2 was in the vault and then I went in and deleted it as well.

I Thought Noton was the best until I got this and the best of it it was free.. and is no trial version either.
