Can a hacker upload files to my PC? Twice i have come across files that i know nothing about. First time it was music files, now some soft porn pictures. A pal says someone might be using my PC remotely..is this possible?

It is possible, but unlikely. Usually hacked or ompromized machine becomde part of a botnet for spamming or ddos attacks.

Check your firewall settings and change the password for you machine and see if that helps.

If not, we can go from there.

Has it worked for you or are you still getting files you do not know about.

If the problem still persists, you should get some anti virus software.

There is free anti virus spyware, but I use a paid version of anti virus and cannot recommend a free version.

Just look on the forums or online and you will find free anti virus software. But be careful, many free software are filled with viruses.
