built a new system and have put my old ide hard drive with xp. XP is attempting to load but can’t and keeps rebooting. Checked bio flasher utility and it states that no BIOS file found, tried pressing any key but nothing happens.

When you have installed XP on a hard drive when it was connected to one mboard, then remove that drive and connect it to a different mboard and try to boot the same XP installation from the drive, if the hardware on the different mboard, primarily the main chipset, is more than a little different from that on the original mboard, XP WILL NOT load all the way – that’s NORMAL !
