Possiable virus aftermath

well, i had some malware, i used MBAM to get rid of it, computer worked great, then suddenly it startes stalling outta the blue. music studders and the CPU is ALWAYS burning up. like after it boots, nothing running, its at 70% right now its at 55%
I have a HJT log right now if you would like me to post it i will, i have run CCleaner and i downloaded AVG and it says its clean. Im not sure how true it is. i want to say a system file is corrupt or something and i dont know what it is.

I don't know how to read HJT Logs and am not familiar with MBAM.
A good way to find out which process is sapping your CPU Usage try going into the task manager (press ctrl+alt+delete), then press the processes tab and make a note of the programs with the highest values in the CPU and Mem Usage columns.

heh, ya i know about all that, it shows nothing, it says nothing is taking ANYTHING up, but the CPU still shows very high percentages. Just system idle process is high, and from my understanding thats suppose to be high when the CPU isnt being used, but even at 70% of performance usage, its at 98. and the computer runs like s---
