port 137 (Netbios-ns) request

I've got port 137 requests from one of my server to the exterior world...is this normal?

that's windows !!!
Definitly e. g. with nt4.0 every name-request that cannot be resolved causes windows to try to resolve the name over netbios ns with port 137.
Don't worry it only runs to next hub then packets are disgarded.
