Popup Ads after Ad Aware

I have read the other posting on your website related to this issue and have followed instructions for removing malicious programs such as dpi.exe and wupdater however I have a computer that is still receiving popups. I ran Ad Aware and spybot blocker and Hijack This. Still Popups! What is causing the popups? Thanks!!

Are these normal popups? Are they "messenger" that can occur when you are not not on the internet, and always list an address to fix your problem for $29.95? If it is this popup, you disable "messenger" in the control panel>administrative tools>services>scroll down to messenger and select properties and disable it. Do you have a popup stopper program installed or use the built in ones from Yahoo or Google toolbars installed?
