pop up, freezing problems

I seen this problem before on here but nothing is working the same for me. I get constant pop ups on my other computer, and cant sign into hotmail or even this site. Its DEFINATELY my computer because it works from my laptop and such. Anyway, the log file is available (on my virus ridden computer) and any help would be appreciated. I wont post until someone requests for it but anyway. Reply ASAP please because I am getting very far behind in work because of it
