Polyboot-b virus

Im infected with polyboot-b virus...can i know how to remove/delete it..please help me

You will need a clean computer, two blank (uninfected) floppy disks and a uninfected Win98 boot disk.

From the clean computer, download F-prot for DOS
F-prot for DOS
and create the two floppies using the following instructions.
Floppy Instructions

Make sure you write protect all of the disks
including the boot disk.

Boot the machine to an A:\> prompt using the Win98 boot disk. remove that disk and insert f-prot disk 1, follow the above instructions.
