.png file will not delete

i by mistake downloaded a .png file from kazaa that will not delete! now i cannot see any images when i surf the web! what do i do! i noticed a simular problem on this site... http://www.computing.net/windows2000/wwwboard/forum/39197.html please help.

hello boot to safe mode delete it from there. if that dont work reboot with boot disk in drive and delete it from dos.
