What are the effects of having this virus on you PC Malware.BKDR_IRCFLOOD.X

I have Trend Micro Sysclean Package,i run it and it says : Load Damage Cleanup Template (DCT) "C:\Documents and Settings\Cris\My Documents\Kit\sysclean\tsc.ptn" (version 318) [success] BKDR_IRCFLOOD.X[virus found] -->delete registry data("HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT","ChatFile\DefaultIcon",""C:\Program Files\mIRC\mirc.exe"") success -->delete registry key("HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT","ChatFile","") success But on the the trendmicro page,it says something about ieexec.exe,wich execute itself instead of mirc.exe,something like that.Anyway I did not find no IEEXEC.exe on my computer or registry,though the sysclean says that i got infected.What's going on,and how do i get rid of that virus?Can you help me please...
