Please help w/virus Hijackthis log

I have Spybots and Norton loaded and I'm getting an infected file reports from norton daily. Norton deletes the file, but still averaging 10-20 infection alerts daily. Generally the infected file is w32.randex.gen or w32.randex.f also been hit by the following once, w32.valla.2048 & bat.mumu.a.worm

Turn off system restore then do a complete scan without the internet connection if you find any infected files delete them, if not your getting them from a network share or someone has you hacked.

Do you have a firewall up? such as Zonealarm, or are you behind a router (or hardware firewall)?

These are fairly nasty viruses your listing if you go to Nortons web page it shows what files to look for also, make sure you delete these.
