could you describe what are 'symptoms' of the virus? i mean how do you know there's something wrong with your computer? maybe the infection you got is very new like virus heat and your security tools can't detect it yet. in this case i suggest you try other security tools, maybe some of them will be able to deal with the virus on you machine. here's free virus scan and here's free anti spyware downloads

My computer keeps going blue with no desktop or taskbar my computer is really slow and nothing works untill I bring up task manager and run explorer then everything comes back for about two minutes
