Here are the first 2 steps, more steps will be needed, after I see the results of these logs.

Run them in this order.

Step 1: Run AdwCleaner
Author's site
Close all open programs and internet browsers.
Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click Scan
In the results tabs, uncheck anything you don't want to remove.
Click on Cleaning.
Confirm each time with Ok.
Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
Please Copy & Paste the contents of that logfile with your next answer.
You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

Step 2: Run Junkware Removal Tool
Malwarebytes Acquires Junkware Removal Tool
Download Junkware Removal Tool onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not the Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
Warning! Once the scan is complete JRT will shut down your browser with NO warning.
Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
Temporarily disable your antivirus and any antispyware real time protection before performing a scan.
Click this link to see a list of security programs that should be disabled and how to disable them.
Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7/8, right-click JRT and select Run as Administrator.
The tool will open and start scanning your system.
Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved onto your Desktop and will automatically open.
Copy and Paste the contents of the JRT.txt log please.

Uhh 100 words? It's 100 characters (ie "letters").

"just answer my freaking question"
Not the way to address a free forum where folk try to help others in their own spare time.

Try this:

Sorry John - overlapped again, my typing must be slow.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

The info in the link provided does appear to offer some help in getting rid of the pest.. However the second part of the link appears to be a promo and guide for commercial utility to the same end. And I note a reference to "charley"...

Per chance is the charley in the link posted (in # 3) also the same one as in #3 here?

Are we looking at a promo for a product from charley - in effect spam? Noted similar in an earlier post in November 2015....

These are other posts about this pest; and I note JohnW much involved (along with several others) in dealing with it.

Further to the link posted in response #3. There is more than a little doubt about the program SpyHunter given there.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

In other words, let JohnW walk you through cleaning out your system. If it is a particularly difficult one to get rid of then it might take a bunch of steps to be completely free of it but JohnW specializes in this and will not steer you wrong. The other 'easy' one probably will take you on a worse journey and/or cost you money to finally get the product to work (if at all).
Note: If you hover your pointer over the reply poster's names it will show you how long they have been helping on this site and their overall ranking. The lower the number, the better (more experience, more success)

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
