Shazy, It is late for me but if you would post a Hijack This log I'll look at it as soon as I can. Or maybe Abnormal or someone else will see it and help you with it.

You will most likely need to post a Hijack This log so that the files associated with the hijacker can be identified. You can download Hijack This at this link http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ then place it into a folder of it's on, such as C:\HJT, so that back up copies can be made and not clutter your desktop or other folders and the backup copies of deleted items can be easily located if needed.

Once saved double click HijackThis.exe, and press "Scan". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents into the text editor to post the log.

Just try a free
On-line Spyware Scan
Remove all that it finds.
You probably don't have to use hijack this.
Post back

I would also think that it's best to ask a question than post it as "please help me out". That way members can find solutions to specific problems.

Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

Next set up the computer to show hidden files. Go to start>control panel>folder options>view tab>tick the circle beside "show hidden files and folders">apply>ok.Next boot into safe mode by following the directions at this link Safe Mode then navigate to these files or folders and delete them:

C:\WINDOWS\T3duZXIA (folder)

C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\qziw ( folder), if you know what this is don't delete it, if not delete it.

C:\windows\msresearch.exe (file)

Run this free online scan from Panda

Then download and run ccleaner to clean out all your temp files. Make sure there is not anything in the recycle bin that you need as ccleaner will delete recycle bin items unless checked not to do so..

Then download, update and run these spyware removal programs

Adaware SE and once you get it updated go back to the link and install the vx2 cleaner and follow the directions to install it the run it. This updated tool will remove most vx2 infections including Look2Me.

Shazy, Run Ht and place a check beside the following items and press "fix checked".

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [qziw] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\qziw\qziwm.exe

O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Windows Messenger (HKLM)

Boot back into safe mode and navigate to this folder and delet it:

C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\qziw

Disable windows messenger(looks like it is running)it is nothing but a popup portal. Go to start>control panel>administrative tools>services>scroll down to messenger and double click it. the messanger properties box will popup. In that box to the right of "startup type" click the drop down arrow>click disble once to highlight>apply>ok.

Download Ewido's free trial at this link http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ update it and run it, then post it's log. Don't use the beta version on the left of the page.

Shazy,The best spyware preventer out there to me is Spywareblaster

Once you get it installed update it then once a weel check for updates. It runs in the background.

Then of course the above mentioned Ad-aware SE,Spybot, and cwshredder. There are several more real good ones these are just my favorites.

After having problems like this it is best to purge system restore and create a new restore point.

How to Purge System Restore

To create a new restore point go Start>Run>type "msconfig" without the quotes>ok>Launch System Restore>Tick the circle beside "create a restore point">next>name it anything you wish>Create>home>restart the computer.
