then i formatted the pc, and then to check i log to system restore and it says that it's off i turned it on , and check the folder option , it appear when i put the circle in view hidden files and folders it do check but when i click ok and get out it didnt show , and return to dont show , beside also the fire wall was off too when i first logged on to the window after i formatted the drive that contain the windows .
i formatted after that about 5 times and till now the same thing
+ i returned the internet today , used some anti viruses , it told me i have viruses and told me it removed them but i still cannot view hidden folders and files or keep the system restore on , and the torrent downloading is very very slow about 500b per second instade of 100 kbs !

I suggest using boot and nuke.

http://dban.sourceforge.net/

it will completely remove all data from your drive.

after that format and re-install, you might be re-infecting yourself somehow, do you have multiple hard drives?
