Comment:

I have been reading some posts and I think I have the peper trojan. I have already run scans with ad-aware, spykiller, pest patrol and more. When I ran with pest patrol it came up with some items under the pest of peper so I assume this is what we are talking about. Everytime I load my computer now the pest patrol comes up and says it has found a pest with some weird name under the pest of peper and asks me if I want to delete it. So I do and it goes away. But the next time I load my computer a new peper pest is found and I have to delete it too. I was wondering if you could tell me how to get it off my computer for good. I ran HijackThis and here is the log it gave me.

Vivian is right, peper trojan is one of the toughiest but i don't think you have Peper as i don't see the 2 exe files in your running processes.
Here's what i see:an R1 line must have an url
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = file://C:\WINDOWS\System32\sb.htm

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{A045DC85-FC44-45be-8A50-E4F9C62C9A84} - (no file)

This BHO is not in the BHO list so i try to find out if its good or bad
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3F75EDB9-DF87-434A-BB07-A8C7DFDDB84D} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\hhsetyup.dll (file missing)

You must fix checked the R1 and R3

Next time you have the peper pest detected by Pest Patrol, don't delete it yet. Run a HijackThis scan and post the log here.

There are some other bad dudes in that previous log that indicate AdAware may have been disabled (perhaps by the peper).

I don't see the two .exe files either; and I certainly don't see the identifying 14 character 04 [ ] beginning with a number 2-6; that is the trademark system process file of peper.

These however look suspicious:
C:\WINDOWS\runservice.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Power Scan] C:\Program Files\Power Scan\powerscan.exe
and the C:\Documents and Settings\Linda\Application Data\urod.exe,
which is almost certainly C2.lop aka lop.com
+ those already stated by tam tam. Whew!

So,
if you can update your AdAware with new definitions - do that, and rescan.
Make sure the TWEAK>Cleaning engine section of 'Customize' has the unregister first item checked; as well as remove objects at next reboot.

Download Spybot, UPDATE, and rescan.
Spybot Search and Destroy

Download and run a new update of CWShredder.exe from;
CWShredder.exe
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/junk/CWShredder.exe
and click ‘Open’ click “Next”; (obtain a new version for each run; there is a recent update)

Close All browser windows and
Run HijackThis, rescan and paste a new log here. Look forward to sorting this one out; comments always welcome tam tam & valerie; feel free to input- it's a team effort.

Thank you guys so far for all the help you have done. Just by doing what tam tam said I am already getting very little pop-ups. But I still had a feeling that the files weren't completly gone. I have run all the programs with the updates that you said iceblue, and they found a good amount of stuff that I got rid of. Here is the latest HijackThis log that I had done after doing all the things you said.
