I must have d-loaded something bad....1st my mouse kept freezing-skipping. I restart, my A: drive, DVD drive and CD RW drive all dissapear and my HDD light stay continuosly lit...I have tried system restore, no luck...viris scans..no luck...what do I do?? I can't reinstall because the drives don't read...not even in BIOS.
have you tried an antivirus scan at www.housecall.antivirus.com Also, maybe the WIN XP CD may help, if something is going on with WIndows itself. Try the R for REPAIR option with the CD.
