I have unknown advertisement that appears on all of my email contacts before I start my email. It is deleted and but reappears when I email the contact person or any contact person. I have tried blocking it but it is not working. I will appreciate any help.

Ok. You can try malwarebytes to make sure there's nothing on your end. Ill check my hotmail acct tomorrow night and see if hotmails messing up. I'm on my blackberry now so I wouldn't see adds. www.malwarebytes.org its free.
