|You haven't said what email client you use, but any messages that arrive in your "Junk" folder in Outlook or Outlook Express which are not junk can be dealt with by moving them into your normal Inbox. They can then be fully accessed (including attachments & hyperlinks).|
Alternatively, If you are using Norton Antivirus, open the message in your Junk folder, then click "This is not spam" in the Norton AntiSpam Toolbar. Norton will move it into your normal Inbox. You should also see an option to "Always trust messages from this sender" so that future emails from that address are no longer treated as spam.
