Hi old boy, Personal Antivirus is a rogue spyware (double agent spyware). it is a fake program that gets automatically installed on your pc from toorents or adult or other bad sites when you visit one of them. This personal antivirus is a scam.d o not buy it. it is made to earn some money from users by asking them to pay for virus removal.infact its a virus itself. anyways you should remove personal antivirus from your pc as fast as possible, it can be removed manually or by using a free anti spyware program. To see manaul removal steps or download an anti spyware from http://darfuns.com/spyware-removal/...

Personal Antivirus can be removed either manually or with anti-spyware application. Detailed manual removal can be found here: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-per... If the manual removal won't help you then download automatic Personal Antivirus remover from the same website.
