Hi, When I boot up my pc and plug in my network connection, my pc starts to send out spam. I have NIS 2008 installed and it stops the msgs going out. I've done scans numerous scans and they have come back clean. I've removed all email a/cs from my pc & done numerous scans that removed: Trojan.vundo Backdoor.Mosuck Trojan.Metajuan However the pc keeps trying to send out spam email. Initially when I started my pc it kept rebooting within 60 seconds. I stopped that by typing shutdown -a in the cmd window. I also ran HiJack this and tried to analyse it.... still trying. Any help greatly appreciated.

What symptoms are you seeing that indicate that the machine is sending out spam? What email client are you using? Life's more painless for the brainless.

Go to the this link: Disable Realtime Protection Follow their directions to disable any realtime protection that you have as it will interfere with the fix by reinstalling the corrupt files. Please download ComboFix to the desktop from one of the following links: Link1 Link 2 Link 3 Double-click combofix.exe Follow the prompts. (Don't click on the window while the program is running, it may cause your system to hang.) Please post the log it produces.
