Hello, my computer has infected by sub7 trojan. I run the Norton Antivirus software twice and still unable to clean the file. In fact, NA has quarantine the file. The infected file named "A0002738.Exe" and located at C:\System Volume Infomation\_restore{441c............}RP14\.
What am I suppose to do now? Since I can't clean the file, can I delete it or should I reformat and reinstall window?. Even after I deleted the file, is my computer still infected?

Since it is in a restore file, you need to turn system restore ogg and then restart the computer and enter the safe mode. Then run NAV's scan while in it. Then restart the computer again and run more NAV scan. When the system is clean you can then turn system restore back on. System Restore is found in my computer>properties>sytem restore. HTH
