After downloading something, suddenly there's warning that my PC has been inspected with spyware..
and then
-my wallpaper vanished replaced by blue background and in the middle, there was small black box saying something like, 'windows advised not to use computer before spyware is cleaned'-computer become slow
I finally shut down all, and restart it back,
and what I get is-the logon place without password logon box
so now I can't open my Pc at all because there is no place to fill password
(now using other damn PC)
and it seems like my PC also just infected with trojancan anyone help me? It'll be truly appreciated...

zaza, See if the computer will boot into safe mode. Start the computer and immediately start tapping F8. An option should appear(if not shut down and try again after 20 seconds) if all goes as planned, from there choose safe mode and log in as administrator.
Go to start>control panel>display>desktop>customise desktop>web and remove everything except "my current home page".
Then go to control panel>add/remove programs and uninstall these if found:
New.net
Newdotnet
Wenhancer
Mysearch
Myway
Weatherbug
Messenger plus
Spyaxe
Then try to reboot into normal mode.

I got the same problem on my computer. The same blue screen and warning. I try to scan it with Symantec web scanning (http://security.symantec.com/fr (that's a french link)) and this found the following infection:
-Adware.Gain
-Adware.DateManager
-Download.Fugif
-SecurityRisk.Downldr
-Adware.IefeatsAfter, I try to restart the computer because it was working bad, it doesn't restart. I'm on Windows 2000 pro. There is no initial password because I am the administrateur and it is for personnal use. After loading win 2000, it is supposed to be the screen indicating "loading personnal parameter" but it close each time.
I try to open it in safe mode and in last goon known configuration, but it doesn't work... If you have any suggestions, it would be appreciated.
