what is a normal sent vs. received amount of packets???
when not surfing the internet (i have a cable modem 2MB dowload speed) i am around 130,000 sent vs. 70,000 received.

"when not surfing the internet" begs the question, of over what period of time for that number of Packets, and just what is your computer doing sending that many packets if you are not doing anything over the Internet?
