Hi, i've got the Packed.Generic.200 virus, and i've done a malwarebytes scan. It found 8 files, but could not delete 1. When i restarted my computer, norton still comes up with the Packed.Generic.200 virus being there...
How do I get rid of it???

This is my malwarebytes log:

For starters remove norton. Then download AVG. AVG has a free version but the paid version is better. Get the 30 day trial of the AVG with Antimaleware. Also try super antispyware.
