P sear 1 flash pop up at boot w/ xp

after logging into xp, near the end of the boot process, a browser screen or pop up with P sear 1 in top left corner flashes as the extra software is being loaded after logging in to Windows XP home. my norton security software seems to be messed up as well. various problems. tried reinstalling. tried adaware and spybot searchand destroy. now what??

It is spyware and certain sites will upload this to your computer without you knowing. It monitors all your site activity and reports it back to their company. Here is how to remove it, this is an excellent program. Just dl it and run it and it will show up in a list highlighted in red. You will then "quarantine" the item. Good luck
