If you don't, you are definitely one of the idiots cited in the following article posted today at arstechnica.com:
In hindsight I guess this article eloquently explained how and why many users got infected and ultimately come here seeking help. I also hope that you will use this as a wake-up call in that the Internet is not really a safe place to surf if you do not exercise utmost cautions. Furthermore, in case you didn't know, just because you have antivirus does not mean you are fully protected. You are not. Isn't it said that this 2006 Report accurately predicted the environment of the internet as we know it today.
Lastly, remember to always practice safe computing.
