The dumb question of the day. . . .

With all the worms crawling the net, If I change my browser to "Opera" and my mail server to "Eudora", (as well as changing my E-MAIL address) will this reduce or eliminate the attacks of the worms????

Thanks to any and all answers.

It will help, as Opera is not completely immune to every bug. It is a lot safer than IE, but still be cautious. I do not use Outlook/Outlook Express fo rthat reason and Eudora has filters to reduce spam and it has its own antivirus check as part of the service. Yahoo and Hotmail also provide similiar services, but Eudora is considered to be the best!

Hi,

Another option to consider is mozilla 1.4,Its free,It resembles I.E in appearance,It has many more features than I.E.
It has a built in mail client as well.
I have used it for some time now and had no problems whatsoever with it.
