online poker account hacked

Specs: Windows Vista
Someone hacked into my online poker account and wiped it out. I was told by the sites support that it was a keylogger on my computer and the ip address that stole my info is in Latvia. I have ran McAfee 3 times and it found nothing. I ran Malwarebytes twice and it found nothing. I now have anti logger and it blocked ituneshelper.exe and ieuser.exe and that was all. Do I have something hidden on my computer? Do I need to get a new computer or hard drive? I have no idea what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had a friend that lost their winnings because they clicked on a link promising them that their winnings would be doubled.

After following the prompts and answering the questions they asked, the next time they logged into their account they were cleaned out.

This wasn't that long ago... you didn't come across something similar?
